All residents in Global Pointe’s Assisted Living have a basic care plan which includes:
Initial health assessment and quarterly follow-ups completed by and Registered Nurse
Daily reassurance checks
Home Health Aides on-site 24/7
Emergency call pendant
Maintenance of health records
Nurses on-site 7 days a week.
Services available for an additional fee include:
Personal care services:
Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, incontinence care.
Escorts to meals and activities (up to 5x daily)
Additional reassurance checks
Daily bedmaking
Laundry
Nursing care: A licensed nurse is on-site 7 days a week to provide treatments, assess changes in resident’s condition, manage laboratory test orders and follow-ups, schedule appointments, update medications per doctor’s orders, and facilitate communication with family and health care professionals. Fees charged per 15 minute intervals and only as needed.
Medication Assistance: Medication set up and reminders are available from one to five times per day.
